PLASTICOS VANGUARDIA S.A. has received grant for its energy savings and efficiency project “Sustitución equipo extrusion-soplado botellas 1 litro por otro más eficiente” Project supported by grant from I.D.A.E. and the Ministry of Sustainable Development co-financed by the European Union within the ERDF Operational Program 2014-2020 with the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), coordinated by IDAE and managed by the autonomies, under the National Energy Efficiency Fund, with the objective to achieve a cleaner and more sustainable economy.
The energy saving and efficiency project has been developed consisting of the replacement of extrusion-blowing equipment with a new, more efficient one, which offers greater energy efficiency in the extrusion-blowing process. Thanks to the project, 42.43 toe/year are saved
