Agrochemicals And Fertilizers
Agrochemical products require a special resistance of the container to guarantee their transport and the exactness of their formula. In Plásticos Vanguardia we manufacture our containers in high density and high molecular weight polyethylene (HDPE-HWP). Thanks to PWDS technology, we achieve more consistent thicknesses, giving the container greater resistance. These designs are perfect for stacking and palletizing and also allow total emptying, helping to preserve our environment.
We have different sizes and formats, developed and approved for packaging phytosanitary, agrochemical and organic chemical products. All containers are ADR approved, according to UN regulations.
Jerrycans
We have an extensive range of jerrycans made of high-density polyethylene and high molecular weight (HDPE-HMWP) which, combined with the radial distribution technology, gives these containers consistency in thickness and therefore greater resistance.
Bottles
We offer a wide variety of bottles, with both a square and circular section, suitable to transport a multitude of liquids, including dangerous goods (ADR approval, according to UN regulations).
Custom-made containers
We have extensive experience in the manufacturing of blow molded plastic containers, allowing us to work with different sectors and customers, and develop a broad portfolio of custom containers, specializing in the consumer market.
Accessories
We have a wide variety of caps and closures in different formats and colors. Manufactured in High Density Polyethylene and Polypropylene (HDPE/PP), they guarantee a perfect seal, avoiding the risk of leaks or accidents.
